Courier Shipment :
This shipment method is usually for small packages like bags,
garments, jewelry and other small items. We can ship your
order by courier services such as: Express Mail Service (EMS),
TNT, DHL and FedEx.
1. Air Shipment:
We can ship your goods by Airline Cargo companies like: Singapore
Airline Cargo, China Airline Cargo and other airlines. We
use this type of shipment for large items. We can ship your
goods to the airline warehouse in your city, and then you
release the goods yourself, or you can contact the airline
and ask them to deliver to your house directly, but there
will be an extra charge for this service.
The final freight rate will be calculated upon whichever
is greater, either the volumetric weight or the true gross
weight of the item.
Example of Weight against Volume calculations :
There is a shipment of actual weighing are10 kilograms.
And the box measuring is 33 cm x 47 cm x 58 cm
Box measuring: 33 cm x 47 cm x 58 cm equals 89,958 Volume
89.988 = 14,993 kilos

The Freight cost would be based on volume because it is greater
than the true gross weight, while if the volume is less than
the actual gross weight, then the freight cost would be based
on actual gross weight.
2. Sea Shipment:
Sea transportation is still the most cost effective method
for larger goods when time is not urgent. Shipping cost by
sea is charged per Cubic Meter (cbm). The calculation is as
follows : Height X Length X Width divided by 1,000.000
There are two type of sea shipment:
In LCL (Less Container Load), the shipment is shared with
another shipping company to fit a container to the same destination.
This type of shipment takes a bit longer because your goods
will be stored at the shipping company warehouse for few days,
waiting for the other goods to complete the load. Maximum
shipment is 1 cubic meter or 2 cubic meters depending on the
destination of the shipment.
FCL (Full Container Load)
20-Foot Container (contents 30 cubic meters)
40-Foot Long Container (contents 60 cubic meters)
40-Foot High Container (contents 72 cubic meters)

Packing:
- Cardboard box: we use this for small and non-fragile items.
- Wooden Crate: we use this for items which are easily damaged.
- Plastic: we wrap items in plastic before placing into wooden
crates or cardboard boxes
- Silica gel or desiccants are used in packing to absorb unwanted
moisture
- We use wood crate material complying with ISPM-15 (the new
mandatory requirement for wood and packaging materials in
International Trade)
Shipping Documents:
- Shipping by Courier:
We will inform you the AirWay Bill Number (AWB #) so that
you can track the status of your shipment anytime.
- Shipping by Air Cargo:
We will send you the original documents such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Original (COO)
- AirWay Bill (AWB)
- Fumigation Certificate (if needed)
- A Phytosanitary certificate for wood packing material complying
with ISPM-15
- Shipping by Sea:
We will send you the original documents such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Original (COO)
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Fumigation Certificate (if needed)
- A Phytosanitary certificate for wood packing material complying
with ISPM-15
