Business conducted between Bali-Export-Import and
our clients is subject to the following conditions:
We regret that, due to the intricate and detailed
nature of filling import-export orders, shipping,
etc., we prefer not to entertain purchase orders for
less than $US 250.00, excluding shipping costs. We
really hope this does not discourage your order, and
if it does, please email us and tell us the situation.
Hopefully, we can arrange something; likely, we can.
Prices for products do not include packing and shipping
costs. Please let us know if you have any specific
or unusual packing or shipping requirements. Costs
for these services will be calculated separately and
you will be notified before making your purchase,
if at all possible.
On customized orders (i.e. you send us a photo as
the subject for an egg painting), we will allow for
a maximum of 2 revisions; meaning, we show you a demo
of the customized product and you either approve it
or request changes; when we make the required changes
the second time, that’s it. Otherwise, the back-and-forth
could go on forever, which neither of us wants.
Claims for damage/negligence etc. with regards to
quality control must be made within 2 weeks from date
of receipt of goods at your destination. In other
words, don’t tell us in July that Santa Claus’
beard was smudged on the 500 egg paintings you ordered
last Christmas.
Terms of Payment: Payment terms will vary somewhat
according to the size and nature of your order, but
generally we ask 50% payable to our bank account in
Bali at the time of order placement; with the balance
due upon the order ready to ship.
We currently accept bank transfers, VISA and Mastercard
as form of payment.
